We have offered our popular first-class pet grooming service for over 25 years and have had thousands of regular returning satisfied customers. We will tend to your pet's nails, feet, eyes, ears, fur, cleanliness etc. Your pet's physical condition is assessed during the session and any problems or potential conditions noted and discussed with you. Our specially trained staff are well versed in all our pet products and services so they can advise you expertly.

 

Our skilled and fully qualified grooming staff are City and Guilds trained, so your treasured babies are in safe hands. Your concerns are our concerns as all staff are pet owners themselves, they know how much you love your pet and value you trusting us with such an important part of your family.

At Creatures Great & Small, we utilise only modern equipment for washing and drying your pets, so that their grooming experience remains completely stress-free. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to talk to our team.

Booking Conditions

Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we cannot afford to have missed appointments when our customers do not phone or email to cancel and explain. To be proactive and help our customers we do send text and email confirmations & reminders to prompt a cancellation call when you provide us with an email address and/or a mobile phone number.

 

We do understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and our clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice or we reserve the right to charge 50% of your booked treatment if the appointment cannot be filled.

 

In the event of a previous no-show, we reserve the right to take a prepayment for future appointments as per our booking conditions for missed appointments.
